Order Processing

All orders are processed within 24 to 72 hours from order confirmation.
Once the order is completed, it will be handed over to the shipping carrier immediately. Please note that processing time refers to production and preparation of customized items.

Shipping Policy

We ship orders every day, including weekends and official holidays. Domestic Shipping (Within Egypt) Delivery time: 2–5 business days after dispatch.

International Shipping

Orders are shipped via DHL and delivered within 2–14 business days depending on the destination country. Shipping charges are calculated and displayed at checkout.

Customs, Duties & Taxes

International orders may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are applied once the shipment reaches the destination country.
KH_ART is not responsible for these charges. They are the responsibility of the customer.

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to courier delays, customs clearance procedures, or other circumstances beyond our control.

Return & Refund Policy

Due to the customized nature of our products (engraved names, logos, and personalized items),
KH_ART does not offer refunds or exchanges once the order has been confirmed and processed.
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with clear photos, and our team will review the issue and provide an appropriate solution.
